What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by model and configuration. We accept small trial orders on standard models to allow market testing before committing to larger volumes. OEM and private-label projects carry separate MOQ requirements depending on customization scope. Contact us with your target quantity and destination market for a pricing schedule.
Are these batteries compatible with my inverter?
All models use standard CAN and RS485 communication protocols supported natively by Solis, Deye, Growatt, Goodwe, SMA, Victron, Hoymiles, Voltronic, Ingeteam, SAJ, APS, Lupower, and Delios. If your inverter is not on this list, send us the model number and we will confirm compatibility within 24 hours at no charge.
What certifications do the batteries hold?
Certifications vary by model. CE-EMC, IEC 62619, and UN38.3 are held across all models. UKCA and CEC are specific to the Powerbox Pro, making it the recommended choice for UK and Australian distribution. GOST-R covers PowerBrick and DL5.0C for CIS market entry. Full certificate copies are available before order confirmation.
Can the system be expanded after initial installation?
Yes. All models support parallel expansion up to 50 units on a single inverter. Customers can add modules at any time without replacing existing hardware or reconfiguring the inverter. This allows installers to quote a smaller initial system and upsell expansion units as customer needs grow.
What is the cycle life and what are the warranty terms?
PowerBrick: ≥ 8,000 cycles, 10-year warranty. DL5.0C: ≥ 8,000 cycles, 7-year warranty. Powerbox Pro: > 6,000 cycles. Test conditions are 0.2C charge and discharge at 25°C. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and capacity falling below the specified threshold within the warranty period. Full warranty documentation is provided with shipment and available in advance for distributor agreement review.
Do you support OEM or private-label orders?
Yes. We support custom enclosure colors, branding on housing and retail packaging, firmware parameter adjustments, and custom communication configurations. How are the batteries shipped? Are they Dangerous Goods compliant?
All models are UN38.3 tested, satisfying the primary requirement for lithium battery transport by air and sea. We can arrange FOB, CIF, or DDP shipments to most destinations. Export packaging meets IATA and IMDG requirements. We provide full shipping documentation including MSDS, test summary reports, and packing declarations required by customs authorities in most markets.
What is the difference between IP20 and IP65 models?
IP20 (PowerBrick, DL5.0C) provides basic protection against solid objects and is suitable for indoor installations in conditioned spaces such as dedicated battery rooms, basements, and indoor utility areas. IP65 (Powerbox Pro) provides complete dust-tight protection and resistance to low-pressure water jets, making it safe for garages, outdoor enclosures, and unconditioned spaces. If your target installation environments include outdoors or garages, specify Powerbox Pro.
Does the DL5.0C self-heating function work automatically?
Yes. When the optional self-heating module is installed, it activates automatically when battery temperature drops below a set threshold, bringing the cell temperature into the safe operating range before allowing charge or discharge. This enables reliable operation in environments as cold as –20°C — the same lower limit as the discharge range — without manual intervention.
