What is the difference between IP20 and IP65 models?

IP65 (Powerbox Pro) provides complete dust-tight protection and resistance to low-pressure water jets, making it safe for garages, outdoor enclosures, and unconditioned spaces. Does the DL5.0C self-heating function work automatically?

Yes. When the optional self-heating module is installed, it activates automatically when battery temperature drops below a set threshold, bringing the cell temperature into the safe operating range before allowing charge or discharge. This enables reliable operation in environments as cold as –20°C — the same lower limit as the discharge range — without manual intervention.
